Ok for vegetarians.
Place contents of one sachet into bowl. Add 175ml of boiling water and stir well. Leave to stand for 5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the water. Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains. Serve immediately. For extra richness, fork through a knob of butter or drizzle over a little olive oil.
