Place contents of sachet into a bowl. Add 160ml of boiling water and stir well. Leave to stand for 5 minutes to allow the cous cous to absorb the water. Fluff the cous cous with a fork to separate the grains. Serve immediately. For extra richness, fork through a knob of butter or drizzle over a little olive oil.
