The range includes Greek style yogurts, low fat yogurts, and a wholemilk range. All of the products are made with natural ingredients and contain no artificial colours or perservatives; in fact they only use fresh milk and cream from Somerset which is delivered on daily basis.
The family business was founded in London in 1949 by the current owner's father and uncle where they began by making good quality homemade natural yogurts and desserts supplied to local delicatessens, restaurants and independent stores. The passion of the founders for creating high quality yogurts and the constant desire to make a delicious product out of the simplest ingredients lives on and the business has grown steadily since then. The Greek style yogurts are the cornerstone of the new retail range and are a strong part of that heritage. In 1996 the Diary moved into the heart of the Chiltern Hills where they now employ a team of like-minded and exprienced people to produce and innovate new products for their yogurt range.
The inspiration for this new retail range has been from consumer demand and the whole project has taken a great deal of time, care and attention to detail. The eye-catching packaging awards, has attracted much favourable comment. The fresh rustic designs perfectky capture the family's aspirations for the new range. The removable cardboard wrappers contain interesting facts and stories relating to the history of the Diary and help you share the passion that the Timotheou family feel for their products. It stands out from other yogurt brands and combined with the provenance and taste of the yogurt, it is very popular with the consumers.
Tims Diary care about all of their consumers and stockists alike. since the launch of the range earlier this year they
have concentrated on building string supplier relationships, focusing on independent retailers, farm shops, food halls,
delicatessens and regularly attend local farmer's markets to promote the brand. Since its launch the response to the
new range has proved hugely positive.
