Recommended Dosage

As a food supplement take one tablet daily with a meal. Swallow with water.

Ingredients

Di-calcium phosphate, mineral amino acid chelate (providing: iron, copper complexed with glycine, hydrolysed rice protein, sodium citrate, sodium molybdate), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin C (with hydroxyproplylmethylcellulose), pantothenic acid, niacin (as nicanamide), magnesium stearate, thiamin( with methyl cellulose), vitamin B6 (with methyl cellulose), Biotin (with di-calcium phosphate), vitamin B12 (with di-calciumphosphate), riboflavin, folic acid, glazing agent:hydroxypropylmethycellulose.

RDA = EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Energy, Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat content negligible.
