Children over three years of age - two 5ml teaspoons daily.

Ingredients

Sucrose, cod liver oil 21.3%, water, orange juice concentrate, (contains sulphites), emulsifier: gum acacia; tuna fish oil 2.4%, vitamin C, flavours: lemon, orange, citric acid, preservative: sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate; vitamin A prep. (vitamin A, sunflower oil), vitamin E, vitamin D prep. (fractionated vegetable oil, vitamin D).

Omega 3 Nutrients 600mg, of which DHA 300mg, of which EPA 150mg, Vitamin A 800ug, Vitamin D 5ug, Vitamnin E 3mg, Vitamin C 50mg.
A serving of 10ml also provides 194kJ (46.5kcal) and 5.2g of sugars. Protein and Fat negligible.
