500mg of 5:1 extract of Pau D'Arco inner tree bark, equivalent to 2500mg (Tavevuia avellenedae, impetignosa), capsule shell: vegetable cellulose.

Pau D'Arco comes from a huge and splendid tree from the Amazon Rainforest of South America. The tree carries gorgeous purple flowers in the spring and these flowers keep the tree immune from disease, parasites and fungal attack. Rio only uses the cambium layer which is the fibrous tissue between the outer bark and the heartwood. The local name for the tree is Tajy, which means "to have strength and vigour."
