Cooking Instructions

Green buckwheat herbal tea may be mixed with ordinary tea or taken by itself, usually a heaped tsp to a pint of water, but it may be taken stronger if preferred, & with or without milk & sugar. Allow to stand for 5/10 minutes & strain before drinking.
