Recommended Dosage

Take two tablets four hours before retiring and two tablets immediately before retiring. A further two tablets may be taken during the night if required. Tablets to be sucked or chewed.

Ingredients

6c homoeopathic potency of Kali brom, coffea, passiflora, Avena sativa, alfafa & valeriana. Also contains lactose and sucrose.
