Recommended Dosage

Suggested usage: one serving = 6 tablets, use 1-3 servings per day.

Usage

Spirulina is a food and so can be taken in relatively large quantities when needed. Take at lease 6 tabs per day but you can take up to 3x this amount, either in one go or throughout the day. Light sleepers may find the energising effect inhibits sleep so avoid late evenings.
