Shake at least one level teaspoon into fruit juice or stir into yoghurt.
Usage
Spirulina is a food and so can be taken in relatively large quantities when needed. Take at least 1tsp/day, but you can take up to 3x this amount, either in one go or throughout the day. Light sleepers may find the energising effect inhibits sleep so avoid late evenings.
