Recommended Dosage

Take 10 tablets a day when eating a natural, fresh food diet. Take 20 or more tablets a day when eating a processed, refined food diet or use of caffeine, alcohol, tobacco or drugs. We recommend at least 8 glasses of pure water daily whilst taking Chlorella. Some people may experience a 'cleansing effect' while using Lifestream Chlorella.
