Recommended Dosage

Take on its own or mixed with juice. Best taken first thing in the morning or last thing at night on an empty stomach. Adults take 20ml (2 dessertspoons) daily. Children 6-12yrs take 10-20ml (1-2 dessertspoons) daily.
