Lanes Litozin is a special natural food supplement made from rosehips to help care for joint health, helping to care for joints and joint tissues. Rosehip extract (or rose-hip extract) is a rich source of nutrients extracted from the haw of the rose - the queen of the flowers. The traditional use of rosehip extract as a healing herb is now confirmed by scientific evidence which shows it to be effective for many things including joint health. Rosehips are well known to be a great source of Vitamin C, but that's not all. they are a rich source of fatty oils, tannins and antioxidants (both polyphenols and flavonoids.) Recommended Dosage

3-5 weeks: 3 capsules twice a day.
Maintenance dosage: 2 capsules twice a day.
Swallow with water, or split the capsule and sprinkle over food.
