Recommended Dosage

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years of age: Three or four tablets to be swallowed whole (do not chew) one hour before bedtime.

Active Ingredients: Powdered valerian 45mg (equivalent to 180mg dry herb), Powdered Passiflora 16.82mg (equivalent to 90mg dry herb), Powdered wild lettuce 22.5mg (equivalent to 90mg dry herb), Vervain powder 60mg, powdered hops 30mg
Other Ingredients Acacia, beeswax, black iron oxide (E172), calcium carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, purified talk, shellac, stearic acid, sucrose, titanium dioxide (E171).
