Recommended Dosage
One Menopace tablet per day plus one Botanical tablet per day. Swallow each with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. These tablets should only be taken on a full stomach. A general multivitamin is not necessary in addition to Menopace.
