Recommended Dosage

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Swallow one to three tablets, as required, half an hour before going to bed. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Ingredients

Active ingredients: Hops powder extract 5:1 (33.4mg) equivalent to 167mg hops powder per tablet, Valerian powder extract 4:1 (62.5mg) equivalent to 250mg valerian powder per tablet.
Other ingredients: Calcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, hypromellose, purified talc, titanium dioxide (E171), copper chlorophyllin (E141), vegetable carbon black (E153).

Cautions

Do not use if you are suffering from depression or taking anti-depressant medication.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
