Recommended Dosage

3 capsules 1-3 times daily with meals.

Ingredients

Fish body oil from deep sea water fish. capsule shell: gelatin, glycerine; antidoxdants: natural source vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), ascorbic acid, lecithin, flavouring: lemon oil.

Vitamin E 4.5mg (6.7iu), Omega 3 Fatty Acids 500mg [of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 240mg, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 160mg].

Cautions

Not recommended for haemophiliacs. Consult a medical doctor if on anticoagulant medication.
