Rooibos (redbush) is a gentle tea with a clear, fresh taste, and is said to have a mild relaxing effect. Grown only in South Africa in the Cape coastal mountains, rooibos and honeybush have been enjoyed for centuries. They are harvested by hand and cured naturally in the fresh mountain air. Known for their unique health benefits, these teas are also a rich natural source of antioxidants. Camomile has a lovely, light aroma and is traditionally used to help calm frayed nerves and allow sleep.

Usage

Infuse tea bag in freshly boiled water for 3-4minutes. Delicious with or without milk.
