Mirin is the secret ingredient in authentic Japanese cuisine and Mikawa Mirin is the finest available, still traditionally made using organically grown sweet rice and no added sweeteners. Use a little to add subtle sweetness to rice for sushi making and to round out the taste of stir-fries and teriyaki dishes.
