Blue dragon organic egg noodles are made following a traditional chinease recipe. they are dried in individual portions to make it easy for you to cook.

Serving Suggestion

Ideal for use in soups, stir-fries, Chow Mein or as an accompaniment to Chinese dishes.

Cooking Instructions

1.Bring a pan of water to the boil and take off the heat. Season to taste.
2.Add the blocks of noodles to the pan (1 block per person).
3.Leave to stand for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate (or 3 minutes if stir frying).
4.Drain and serve (toss in a little oil, butter or soy sauce if desired).

Wheat flour, whole egg 5%, sea salt, stabilisers: sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate.
