Blue Dragon Japanese Ramen Noodles 250g (Case Qty: 10)
Ramen are traditional Japanese egg noodles that are typically served in a soup stock, topped with vegetables, chicken, seafood or tofu. With their delicious rich flavour and firm texture Ramen Noodles are also ideal for use in stir-fries and salads.
Cooking Instructions
Add the noodles to boiling water and simmer for approximately 4 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain and rinse with cold water before serving.
When using the noodles in a stir-fry, reduce cooking time to leave them slightly under cooked as they will continue cooking when added to the wok.
